We are now looking for an Insurance Advisor to join our team and work directly with our existing client base. This role is all about nurturing relationships, providing guidance, and becoming a trusted advisor across your clients’ full insurance needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing and strengthening relationships with an established portfolio of clients
* Providing consultations and advice on insurance requirements
* Acting as a key point of contact for client queries, changes, and ongoing support
* Understanding client needs and ensuring their cover accurately reflects their requirements
* Following internal processes, guidelines, and compliance standards
* Delivering exceptional service that reflects SJL’s commitment to excellence

* Experienced in a customer-facing or client-support role
* An excellent communicator, able to build rapport quickly
* Comfortable discussing customer needs and translating them into actions
