Your new role
As a Supported Housing Worker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of housing schemes. Working closely with the Scheme Manager, you’ll ensure that residents receive a responsive and high-quality service.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Advising residents on tenancy, repairs, and rent matters.
2. Conducting routine health and safety inspections.
3. Liaising with contractors and internal teams to resolve issues.
4. Maintaining high standards inmunal areas.
5. Supporting safeguarding procedures and responding to incidents.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
6. Experience in customer service, ideally within housing, care, ormunity settings.
7. Strongmunication and interpersonal skills.
8. A proactive, positive, and solution-focused attitude.
9. Basic IT and administrative skills.
10. A good understanding of health and safety practices.
11. A minimum of Level 1 qualification (GCSE or equivalent), with a willingness to achieve NVQ Level 2 within the first year.
