About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in finance or accounts who is looking to contribute to a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Log and manage supplier and invoice queries efficiently.
* Perform supplier statement reconciliations.
* Maintain planning and subcontractor tracking sheets.
* Liaise with internal departments to resolve finance-related queries.
* Manage the invoice email account.
* Support the finance team with various accounting tasks and provide cover when needed.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Sage.
* Familiarity with Causeway (training provided).
* Previous experience in an accounts or finance role.
* Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Understanding of CIS and Domestic Reverse Charge VAT.
