Job Title: Learning and Development (L&D) Manager

About Us: We are a national multi branded company committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. We are seeking a talented and experienced Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to join our team and drive our employee development initiatives.

Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is a proactive and innovative thinker with a passion for learning and development. They possess strong analytical skills and are adept at identifying training needs and designing effective solutions. A commitment to continuous improvement and a collaborative approach are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities


* Develop, design and implement learning strategies and programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
* Performance Management, creating strategies to enhance employee performance, including goal setting, feedback provision, and performance reviews
* Leadership Development, focusing on cultivating leadership skills among employees to prepare them for future leadership roles
* Assess training development needs through identifying and analysing skill gaps within the workforce to determine training requirements
* Apprentice Recruitment, supporting the Group HR Director with the implementation of the L and D and Talent Management framework program and the attracting and onboarding of high-quality candidates including young talent through Apprenticeships
* Career Pathing, creating and implement talent reviews, career pathways, role skills mapping to support succession planning across the Group
* Track and measure learning effectiveness to ensure training programs meet desired outcomes and contribute to organisational goals.

Qualifications And Skills

* Bachelor's degree in human resources, Learning and Development, or related field
* Proven skills in talent management, employee development, and performance management
* Experience of digital content creation, designing and delivering training programs at all levels including senior management
* Strong understanding of training methodologies and best practices, eye for detail through effective controls & governance
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse and report data and utilise metrics to drive decision-making
* Comprehensive proficiency in using Learning Development Systems & other software and tools
