About the Role: As a Qualified Teaching Assistant, you will provide invaluable support to teachers and students across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. Your role will be to help create a positive and effective learning environment in primary schools throughout Chesterfield.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
* Provide support to individual students and small groups to enhance their learning.
* Help maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
* Contribute to the planning and preparation of classroom activities.
Requirements:
* Hold a Cache or NVQ Level 2, 3, or 4 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
* Ability to provide reference details from your most recent employment.
* Hold or be willing to process an Enhanced DBS Certificate.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Experience supporting children in a classroom setting across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
Ideal Candidate:

* Reliable, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively with teaching staff.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
