We are looking for a Pump Solutions Manager to be based in Swindon to meet the ever-increasing needs of our expanding business. This role will involve travelling to sites within the South of England & Wales.
This role will support the Pump Rental Solutions Business Unit, ensuring a consistent approach to solutions projects across our network. You will play a key role in achieving our company's strategic objectives, both current and future.
You will need to provide senior support, using your knowledge to train and coach other teams within our Pump Rental Solutions business, while also enhancing our customer experience and maintaining their central focus.
What we are looking for:
* Experience in technical project management, with the ability to quickly develop ideas, organise resources, and coordinate with internal and external departments.
* Knowledge of the design and operation of temporary and permanent pumping solutions.
* Ability to work independently, interpret instructions, and find solutions efficiently.
* Confidence in explaining solutions to clients and staff, clearly defining requirements and reasons.
* Ability to gain support for ideas and solutions, effectively 'selling' them to clients.
* A commitment to learning and expanding knowledge through questions and innovation.
* Flexibility and willingness to attend sites as needed.
* Experience in pump hire, utilities, or water-related industries is advantageous but not essential.
* Experience in construction, mechanical, or electrical fields is also advantageous but not essential.
Please note, a full UK driving licence is required as attendance at client sites will be necessary.
