What you'll be doing
The Property Management Service is a key department that keeps everything running smoothly. Our Coordinators are a force of nature that overcome all obstacles to ensure our guests and homeowners have the best experience possible. The role combines field-based work and office work, with no two days the same.
The responsibilities include:
* Coordinating cleaners, housekeepers, gardeners, and maintenance contractors.
* Providing accurate timelines for property readiness.
* Meeting suppliers, homeowners, assisting guests, or performing property inspections.
* Conducting proactive property inspections and providing feedback.
* Managing complaints or feedback regarding housekeeping standards.
* Maintaining accurate records and updating administrative systems.
* Assisting guests before, during, and after their stay with requests or issues.
* Supporting out-of-hours service on a rolling rota, with overtime pay and additional retainer for evenings and Sundays.
You'll have
* An enthusiastic, friendly team player with customer service experience.
* Strong organizational skills to manage property administration.
* A resilient character capable of handling challenges.
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
* Willingness to undertake tasks outside usual responsibilities.
* Experience in property letting, housing, estate agency, or travel industry is advantageous.
