Who we are looking for
Our client is looking for individuals who can provide safe, consistent and nurturing care to children who have experienced trauma and instability. This role requires emotional resilience, calmness under pressure and the ability to maintain strong professional boundaries.
You will support children with daily routines, education, appointments, activities and community engagement. You will also contribute to behaviour management plans, safeguarding processes and the creation of a stable and therapeutic home environment.
Staff must be reliable, reflective and confident working within a team. The ability to remain calm during challenging situations and maintain a child‑centred approach is essential.
A full UK driving licence is required as staff will be responsible for transporting children to school, appointments and activities.
