Position Overview:
We seek a creative storyteller and digital native to join our mission as a Social Media Manager Intern. You will help shape our brand's online presence and engagement.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and schedule 10 branded social media posts weekly using Canva and brand guidelines.
2. Assist in creating and distributing two email newsletters monthly to a subscriber list of 100.
3. Research competitor brands and summarize findings in a report.
4. Monitor weekly analytics for campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite.
5. Create engaging content for Instagram and TikTok targeting millennial and Gen Z women.
6. Leverage current trends to produce relevant content.
7. Respond to comments and messages to foster community engagement.
8. Collaborate with influencers and brand partners to expand reach.
9. Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase awareness and engagement.
10. Track and analyze social media metrics to refine strategies.
Qualifications:
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
2. Proficiency in Canva, TikTok, GSuite, and other content creation tools.
3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
4. Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
5. Experience managing social media accounts or campaigns.
6. Understanding of social media best practices and analytics.
7. Strong aesthetic sense and ability to maintain brand consistency.
8. Knowledge of current social media trends, especially in wellness and travel.
