We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to support the Site Manager in delivering electrical works on site. The role involves supervising site activities, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring all works are delivered safely, to programme, and in full compliance with CDM regulations and HSQE requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise electrical works and subcontractors on site
* Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and Safe Systems of Work
* Maintain high standards of health, safety, quality, and environmental management
* Set teams to work, monitor progress, and report on performance
* Produce timely reports and assist with as-built documentation
* Support client requirements and ensure KPIs are met or exceeded
Requirements (Essential)
* Full UK Driving Licence
* National Grid Competent Person NSI 6 & 8
* SSSTS / SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely
* CSCS or CCNSG Safety Passport
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in the T&D industry
* Previous supervisory experience on live sites
Desirable
* HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering
* Formal electrical training
* Impressed Voltage, HSG47, First Aid
* IOSH Environmental or equivalent
