Your Responsibilities:
* Participate in handover meetings with Sales Advisors.
* Request and manage drawings from CAD designers.
* Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for refurbishment projects.
* Develop comprehensive and accurate estimations & presentations using Simpro software.
* Source new products and suppliers as needed.
* Contribute to building systems that streamline processes.
What We're Looking For:
* Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Experience in construction estimating or a related field.
* Office based role.
