Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire the team.
* Hands‑on work: mixing signature cocktails, running food operations, and speaking to customers to keep day‑to‑day operations smooth.
* Set the standard of service and atmosphere.
* Team coaching and collaborate with managers.
* Provide knowledgeable and creative food and drink recommendations at half‑yearly ‘shakeoff’ and ‘cook off’ competitions.
Compensation
£32,000 to £33,000 per year.
