Are you passionate about making a difference in the community? We're looking for a dedicated Health Care Support Worker / Clinical Administrator to join our Urgent Community Response Team. In this vital role, you will be an active member our team, working to provide high-quality, efficient, and effective care. You will have the opportunity to work face to face with our patients and have dedicated administration time to support the team with that element of your role.

*Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standard of care.
*Previous experience in a healthcare setting.
*Organised individual who is confident using office work tools.
Maintain excellent communication with patients, relatives and members of the team regarding all aspects of care, demonstrating a variety of communication skills in accordance to patient need.
*Maintain clear, concise and legible documentation in accordance to organisational policy.
*Use a range of verbal and non-verbal communication tools to communicate complex information effectively with service users, families, colleagues, team members and other agencies to facilitate the delivery of care programmes, to promote effective communication.
*Reflect on barriers to communication and use knowledge of different methods to support and improve communication with individuals.
*To communicate appropriate information to and from other departments/service areas as required.

Full Driving licence
*Experience within a health care setting
*Literacy and Numeracy level 2 (GCSE A-C)

*Community experience

~*Act within own limitations, seeking advice from trained staff, in order to recommend and/or decide on the best course of action.
