Salary: £61,680.83 – £73,378.91 (London) or £57,426.98 – £69,125.06 (Manchester)

About The Role
This is a bold and exciting opportunity to lead Centrepoint’s communications and campaigning strategy at a pivotal moment in our mission.
You will build public understanding, shift attitudes, and mobilise a movement for change to support our goal of ending youth homelessness by 2037.
About You
* Proven experience leading public awareness and movement building campaigns that deliver measurable impact.
* Strategic mindset with ability to align communications with organisational goals.
* Expertise in movement building, stakeholder engagement, and mobilising individuals.
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing high‑performing teams.
* Confidence in crisis communications and reputation management.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Develop a multi‑year strategic awareness campaign strategy, including business cases and funding plans.
* Design and deliver strategic brand and cause awareness campaigns.
* Lead public‑facing initiatives that shift perceptions and build empathy.
* Grow our political influencing campaigning function.
* Amplify learning from Centrepoint’s programmes to influence public discourse and enact structural change.
* Support fundraising and income generation through compelling communications.Manage media, digital, internal communications, and celebrity supporter strategies.
* Ensure Centrepoint’s voice is bold, credible, and aligned with our mission.
