Revenue & Accounts Receivable Supervisor – 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Location: Nottingham (Hybrid – Minimum 3 days onsite per week)

A leading international Contract Research Organisation is seeking an experienced finance professional to join its team in Nottingham as a Revenue & Accounts Receivable Supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and fast-paced environment supporting scientific innovation and global healthcare solutions.
This role is offered on a 12-month fixed-term basis and operates on a hybrid working model, with initial full-time onsite training and a minimum of three days in the office per week thereafter.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end sales ledger process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and credit notes.
* Supervise a team of four, including remote colleagues based in the UK and Canada.
* Handle and resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
* Serve as the main escalation point for internal stakeholders on sales ledger matters.
* Perform and review revenue reconciliations for accuracy and compliance.
* Deliver regular revenue reporting to senior leadership, including the CFO.
* Manage intercompany and external revenue reconciliations.
* Ensure month-end deadlines are consistently met, supporting the team to stay on track.
* Carry out other ad hoc tasks relating to sales ledger as required.
