Company Overview Our client is a well-established block management company known for delivering exceptional service to residential clients. They are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant / Team Administrator to join their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail, ideally with experience in a PA or property-related role. Role Overview This is a varied and fast-paced position where no two days are the same. You will provide essential administrative support to the property management team and, when required, directly assist senior management. The successful candidate will be quick to learn, thrive in a structured environment and be confident using multiple systems and processes. Key Responsibilities Provide general administrative support across the business. Assist the property management team with day-to-day tasks as required. Prepare and send emails and letters using Google Workspace (Gmail), Blocks Online and Monday.com. Communicate professionally with clients, contractors and suppliers. Negotiate communal area electricity contracts annually. Update Companies House with client company and director information. Upload invoices to the Blocks Online system. Order office stationery and supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained. Support legal sales enquiry administration. Oversee management of post, office key system, office bins and recycling. Skills & Experience Proven organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Previous experience in a PA, team administrator or similar administrative role preferred. Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills. Quick to learn new systems and processes. Proficient with Google Workspace and comfortable using online management systems (experience with Blocks Online or Monday.com is an advantage). Ability to work proactively and manage multiple priorities. Benefits £30,000 per annum salary. 8:30 am – 4:00 pm hours with some hybrid working.
