Senior Sustainability Consultant (LEED AP)
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

Due to a strong pipeline of international projects, we are looking for a Senior Sustainability Consultant (LEED AP) to join a highly respected and forward-thinking Building Services Consultancy on a permanent basis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• The Senior Sustainability Consultant will lead the delivery of sustainability strategies across major building and data centre projects in the UK and Europe.
• The Senior Sustainability Consultant will manage LEED certification primarily between RIBA stages 2-4 (sometimes 5), coordinating with design teams and clients.
• The Senior Sustainability Consultant will provide technical input on carbon reduction, energy performance, and sustainable design integration.
• The Senior Sustainability Consultant will support internal teams on sustainability best practice, net-zero pathways, and emerging green building standards.
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND
• The Senior Sustainability Consultant will be degree qualified in a relevant environmental, building services, or engineering discipline.
• The Senior Sustainability Consultant will hold LEED AP accreditation (BD+C preferred) and ideally have experience with BREEAM, WELL or similar frameworks.
• Proven experience delivering sustainability or environmental consultancy services within a building services or multi-disciplinary design consultancy is essential.
• Experience within mission-critical, commercial, or large-scale infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
• The Senior Sustainability Consultant will have excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills and a proven record of delivering high-quality work.
