Join our dynamic systems team as a Junior IT Analyst. Are you passionate about technology and eager to launch your IT career?
In this role, you'll ensure seamless IT operations, resolve support requests efficiently, and liaise with third-party vendors for issue resolution and equipment management. You'll be the go-to person for IT support queries from employees.
You will contribute to enhancing our IT infrastructure, assist with system checks to meet security standards, and play a key role in collaborative IT projects. Responsibilities include managing hardware and software assets, supporting Microsoft 365 Admin and Azure environments, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, innovative workplace.

Location: Our Head Office in Banbury, Oxfordshire, 5 days a week (Monday-Friday).

HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE
* Serve as the first point of contact for IT issues, managing and resolving support requests promptly.
* Liaise with third-party vendors for support, issue resolution, and equipment orders.
* Assist in identifying areas for improvement within the IT infrastructure and support implementation.
* Contribute to best practices for IT system management.
* Conduct system checks and audits to ensure security and efficiency compliance.
* Support IT projects and initiatives across departments.
* Ensure proper desk setups, hardware management, and configurations.
* Manage hardware assets, inventory, and maintenance.
* Oversee software licenses, renewals, and compliance.
* Document IT processes, configurations, and changes accurately.
* Support users within Microsoft 365 Admin and assist with Azure tasks under guidance.
* Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
THE TALENT YOU’LL BRING
* Good problem-solving skills to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
* Strong communication skills to explain technical issues clearly.
* Attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills.
* Familiarity with MacOS is advantageous.
* Basic understanding of network security and performance optimization is a plus but not essential.
PERFECTLY PACKAGED
* Salary: £25,000 per annum.
* 25 days holiday, rising to 27 with service, plus bank holidays.
