As a Port Maintenance Team Leader, you’ll be the on‑site lead for a workgroup, taking responsibility for coordinating tasks, ensuring safe working practices, and delivering maintenance activities across the port. From inspections and repairs to supporting other departments and contractors, no two days look the same. If you enjoy practical work, problem‑solving, and guiding others, this role offers the perfect blend of responsibility and variety.

Some tasks may require confined space entry or access by boat, with all appropriate training and equipment provided. Weekly work schedules will guide your tasks, but no two weeks will be the same.
