Job Overview
A multi-disciplinary Facilities Management role responsible for delivering contracted services within a large client site. The Facilities Manager will deliver exceptional client service, contract delivery, manage all hard and soft services, financial management, and act as ambassador of the JLL team on site.
Client and Stakeholder Management
* Connect to key stakeholders at the site and gain buy‑in as appropriate.
* Communicate issues, actions and results in real‑time to the right stakeholder.
* Develop, gain consensus for, and implement best practice for assigned areas of responsibility across the portfolio of sites.
* Communicate and interact at all levels, modulating content and communication style accordingly.
* Ensure meeting KPI’s and SLA’s defined within the contract.
* Align client and JLL objectives: deliver operationally and financially while protecting JLL financial interests.
Operations Management
* Deliver services required in the contract.
* Monitor metrics and manage the site to ensure optimal operations.
* Integrate service delivery across all building experience components.
* Manage scope changes and potential impact on MSA procurement and vendor management.
* Ensure contracted resources meet duration and quality targets; correct underperformance.
* Build close relationships with vendors under FM control; embed them into the client culture.
* Proactively review and refine services within remit.
Financial Management
* Lead accurate forecasting of planned (GMB) & unplanned expenditure for the UK portfolio (Scotland & beyond).
* Prepare & submit CCRs for scope changes that impact budgets.
* Process and control purchase orders and invoices to support on‑time payment of service partners and suppliers.
* Oversee All In One finance reports, ensuring GRNV & UMLV are controlled, actioned & minimized.
People Management
* Manage, supervise, and support the professional development of all direct reports.
* Establish written goals and objectives; conduct formal and informal performance evaluations.
* Understand and support change aligned with the client’s CRE strategy.
HSSE & Quality Management
* Ensure services within JLL remit comply with JLL HSSE Contractor Management process, statutory requirements, client guidelines and country legal requirements.
* Support JLL’s Quality Management programme.
* Accountable for internal and external compliance.
