Duties include: Management of orders and order entry, credit checks, and contract administration. Quotation handling, upselling and subsequent follow ups. First point of contact for customer requests, service enquiries and complaints via phone, email and live chat. Taking full ownership of the resolutions of customer requests and escalations from beginning to end. Liaising with other departments particularly the sales team.
