Spring clean your career with Sodexo!What you'll do:Complete all required training related to the cleaning service delivered to the clientCarry out cleaning duties in line with the agreed schedule, as directed by the GSMEnsure all cleaning tasks are completed in accordance with Sodexo training and site Service Level AgreementsAdhere to company uniform and PPE requirements at all timesComply with all company and client policies and procedures, including Health & Safety, COSHH, fire, hygiene and safe systems of workFollow site colour coding policies and cleaning specifications at all timesReport any faults with cleaning machinery or equipment promptlyComplete all required records accurately and on time, reporting incidents, complaints and compliments to your line managerSupport the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations, anticipating issues and implementing contingency plans where neededDeliver and support training in line with company policy to ensure team members are knowledgeable and motivatedBuild and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and senior stakeholdersPromote and actively support a “One Team” approach across departmentsCross-train in other departments to provide cover where requiredEnsure the safety and security of company and client propertyCarry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the General Services ManagerKey Accountabilities:All customer requests and support completed within agreed timeframesNo justified complaints from building users or client staffSuccessful cleaning quality control audit resultsNo health and safety concerns within your areas of responsibilityFull compliance with KPIs and service level agreementsWhat you'll bring:Essential:Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environmentSupervisory experience within the cleaning industryStrong communication skills with the ability to engage at all levelsExcellent customer service skillsProfessional, presentable and personable approachGood knowledge of Health & Safety requirementsExperience managing and supporting staffDesirable:Experience working in a similar service-led environment, ideally within blue-chip or prestige settingsRelevant training, qualifications or experience aligned to legislative, statutory and industry best practice requirementsWhy Sodexo?:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it's a chance to be part of something greater.Belong in a company and team that values you for you.
