* Gas LTHW Boiler Maintenance
* Gas Fired Boilers, Warm Air Heating and Direct and Indirect Water Boilers and various other appliances located in commercial settings.
* Servicing and/ or reactive breakdown
* Planned works including Gas Tightness Tests
Qualifications
Your experience will need to be supported by current:
* JIB/ current ACS accreditation in COCN1 or CODNCO1, ICPN1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1
* City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 / 3 in building services
* Driving License

Pay: £45,000 to 50,000 per year OTE based on inclusion on call‑out rota with wider Engineering Team.
