Mechanical Site Supervisor - AC & Ventilation
Location: Various around London
Salary: £56,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience)
Job Type: Permanent
Start Date: Immediate
We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor to oversee air conditioning and ventilation installation projects, primarily across London. This is a permanent position offering excellent benefits and the opportunity to work on high-quality mechanical projects.
Responsibilities
* Supervising AC and ventilation installations on site
* Managing day-to-day site activities and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
* Coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and project managers
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
* Overseeing quality control and installation standards
Requirements
* Proven experience supervising AC installations (ventilation experience also required)
* Strong experience with Mitsubishi systems (essential)
* Experience with Daikin systems (desirable but not essential)
* F-Gas certification (essential)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple site activities efficiently
