We are looking for reliable Pickers and Packers to join our warehouse team on a temporary assignment. Applicants can choose to work either Day shifts or Night shifts, depending on preference and availability. This role involves accurately preparing products for shipment while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency, making it ideal for those who enjoy fast-paced warehouse environments. Shift Options Day Shift: 4 days on / 4 days off 08:00 19:00 - £13.00 per hour Night Shift: 4 days on / 4 days off 20:00 07:00 - £14.00 per hour Key Duties Accurately pick and pack items according to order specifications Maintain stock organisation and inventory accuracy Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to record stock movements Assist with goods in and dispatch operations Carry out quality checks before packing Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment Skills & Experience Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not essential (training provided) Familiarity with WMS or similar systems is advantageous Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team Physically able to stand for long periods and complete manual handling tasks
