Role Overview:
As a Humanities Teacher, you will deliver engaging and thought-provoking lessons in subjects such as history, religious studies, and social sciences. You’ll collaborate with a supportive team to create a dynamic learning environment that encourages students to explore the human experience.
Key Responsibilities of Humanities Teacher:
Plan and deliver inclusive and creative humanities lessons tailored to diverse learning needs.
Promote student engagement through discussions, projects, and extracurricular activities.
Monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to support individual development.
Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom culture.
Uphold health and safety standards in all classroom and field activities.
Essential Qualifications for Humanities Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
A minimum of two years of verifiable references, including your most recent academic role.
Proven experience teaching humanities subjects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for inspiring students and promoting a love of learning.
Additional qualifications or training in humanities education are desirable but not essential.
