Work autonomously while contributing to a multidisciplinary team, ensuring safe, effective, and patient-centred care. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including risk assessments and clinical formulations Deliver structured, time-limited CBT interventions for conditions such as anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, and stress-related disorders Develop and implement individualised treatment plans in collaboration with clients Monitor progress using validated outcome measures (e.g. PHQ-9, GAD-7) Provide psychoeducation and support clients in developing coping strategies and relapse prevention plans Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical records in line with professional standards Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring appropriate prioritisation and continuity of care Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team (MDT), including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals Safeguard clients by identifying and responding to risk and safeguarding concerns appropriately Participate in clinical supervision, reflective practice, and ongoing professional development Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge and application of CBT models and interventions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Skilled in risk assessment and clinical decision-making Commitment to patient-centred and evidence-based care High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical practice Typical Work Environment Outpatient / clinic-based setting One-to-one therapy sessions (face-to-face, telephone, or virtual) Structured appointment-based caseload
