Our core services are installation, merchandising, aftermarket and maintenance Who Are We Looking For? We have an exciting opportunity to join our team supporting the recruitment of intermittent’s and contractors for Momentum Instore. We are looking for a Resourcing Advisor to cover maternity leave from mid-June 2025 to mid-July 2026. The role is fully remote but the successful candidate must be able to get into the head office in Tytherington as and when required, specifically for initial training of 1-2 days a week. With such a large base of intermittent merchandisers, installers and subcontractors, we need a Resource Advisor to help us source more fantastic individuals to work on projects for us! The Resourcing Advisor will work closely with the operations and marketing teams to provide an effective, efficient and very proactive recruitment service to the business to ensure that we attract, recruit and retain the best available people in the installations/merchandising sectors. Our resourcing team are committed to building a talent pipeline for Momentum Instore to support our ambitious plans to drive the business forward. As a passionate Resourcing Advisor who thrives on the challenge of recruiting for a wide variety of roles, you will support the recruitment and retention process, liaising with internal operational teams to ensure all recruitment and retention activities are planned and implemented to deliver exceptional business support in the most efficient manner. Key skills for the role include: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work at pace Comfortable and confident with using MS Office Excellent administrative skills – previous experience in administrative or clerical roles is preferred. What Does Your New Role Look Like? Your role will be to plan, organise and execute recruitment drives as necessary and effectively recruit intermittent and contractor workforce within agreed timescales and to required levels. Posting adverts on an applicant tracking system, calling and pre-screen candidates, completing telephone interviews and fine attention to detail required for online forms, right to work checks, course completion. To maintain comprehensive knowledge of the business, resource levels and recruitment requirements, constantly seeking ways to retain field resource and improve the recruitment processes.
