* Managing branch profitability and driving sustained business growth
* Leading, motivating, and developing your team through regular meetings, coaching, and performance management

* Carrying out property valuations and consistently winning instructions
* Ensuring vendors achieve the best possible price for their property
* Keeping up to date with local market trends and positioning yourself as a trusted property expert
* Working closely with your team to match properties with buyers and maximise results

* A minimum of one year's experience within residential estate agency, including valuing experience

Compensation and Benefits
* Basic salary of £29,000 per annum
* Realistic on‑target earnings of £45,000, with uncapped commission
