Sanctuary Supported Living is delighted to be recruiting for a General Cleaning Assistant at Retirement Communities Service at Greenwich Gardens, Derby.

The role of General Assistant will include:
* Working with residents, families and staff to maintain high standards of comfort in line with cleaning requirements
* Identifying and reporting potential faults and hazards on site, to maintain a safe environment
* Maintaining stock levels, re-stocking as required and ensuring equipment is used in line with guidance notes
* Assisting with private room cleans and laundry service, as and when required
* Ensuring all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard
Skills and experiences:
* Some experience of undertaking general cleaning duties is essential
* Experience within accommodation support services is desirable
* A general understanding of health and safety in the workplace
* Good interpersonal and customer service skills
* NVQ Level 2 in housekeeping/catering, or willing to work towards
