The role
* Community Connector working directly with individuals with learning disabilities, neurodivergent conditions, mental health conditions, or other disabilities.
* Act as a bridge between people, their families or carers, and the rich network of community resources available across Carmarthenshire.
* Help reduce social isolation, foster a sense of belonging, and support people to build confidence, independence, and wellbeing through meaningful community connections.
What you will bring and share
* Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality, person‑centred support.
* Experience of partnership working across a broad range of settings, ideally in both a support, training, and/or recruitment/employment context.
* An understanding of local communities and the challenges they may face.
