Salary: London £32,881 per annum or Outside London £28,886 per annum
Reporting Office: West Ham Lane Stratford or Trafford, Greater Manchester
Persona: Agile, 20-40% office working

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Building Compliance team within L&Q. We are recruiting for a Contract Administrator position to support the Gas team. The role is key to the administrative success of the Gas team. The Gas Contract Administrators report directly to the Lead Gas Contract Administrator and have links to the Gas Operational Manager, Technical Advisors and support teams across Property Services and the wider Directorate.
Responsibilities
* The Contract Administrators provide contract assistance and administration and are responsible for monitoring, chasing and closing down outstanding actions and engineer variations.
* You will be raising works orders, closing off outstanding actions, creating Gas Certificates and processing invoices.
* This is a key role in ensuring targets and KPIs are met and that statutory compliance is achieved in domestic gas, commercial gas, ventilation and heating systems.
* As part of this role you will be ensuring that gas contracts are well managed and that service contract information is recorded and updated in L&Q's in house systems.
* You will take responsibility for monitoring forecasting and reporting of the department's budget and expenditure.
* You will have resident satisfaction and safety at the heart of everything you do and will be able to handle complaints in a timely and well rounded manner ensuring there is a full conclusion and that customers are happy with the overall outcome.
Qualifications
* Proficient IT skills and use of MS packages
* Good organisational experience
* Ability to work in line with targets and KPIs
* Great level of technical administration skills
* Teamwork to achieve goals and positive outcomes
* Understanding of processing invoices, raising orders and creating certificates
* Ability to process detailed information
