An excellent opportunity has been created for a highly organised, customer focussed and outgoing individual Sales & Logistics coordinator to join a world leading manufacturer and distributor of professional products based in Kidlington, Oxfordshire to provide dynamic support to many functions across the business.
This is a key position to provide first line of response to orders and enquiries from our customers and distributors, and close co-operation with the in-house Despatch Team.
You need to have the ability to prioritise your workload, strong administration experience with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well, both in writing and verbally plus be computer literate with good numeracy skills needed to compile relevant monthly reports.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurate and efficient processing of customer orders and RMA's onto our MRP system
* Organising international shipping of our products
* Provide high quality, customer-focussed administrative support to Sales, Service and Logistics Teams
* First line of support for customer enquiries by phone and e-mail
* General administrative duties such as reception cover and internal bookings for company resources
* Occasional support to the shipping dept picking and packing orders
Key qualifications and capabilities:
* Highly organised with a good attention to detail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Computer literate.
* Focussed on providing a high standard of service to internal and external customers.
Desirable skills:
* Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
* Experience of international trade and logistics
This position is based in Kidlington, Oxfordshire with parking, 37.5 hours per week with flexible start times and 100% office based. They offer 24 days holiday increasing every 2 years, but you can also buy or sell holidays.
