The Role
An established, medium-sized construction company based in Warrington is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Quantity Surveyor to join its establsihed yet growing commercial team. This is a client-facing role focused on two-stage tenders, early cost planning, and design team collaboration across a diverse project portfolio.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will play a key role from early planning stages through to agreeing final costs and transitioning projects into live construction.
