About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Multi-Trade Operative to support the delivery of high-quality refurbishment and maintenance works on pre-tenanted (void) properties. You will carry out a variety of tasks including carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating, tiling of kitchens and bathrooms, easing and fitting doors, as well as patchwork or full redecoration. Youll be responsible for bringing properties up to void standard, ensuring all works are completed efficiently and to a high professional standard.
To succeed in this role, you must hold a certified core trade and possess the ability to carry out a range of additional trade tasks to support repair and refurbishment works.
