Facilities/Site Manager – Northamptonshire/Warwickshire (Based in Corby & Nuneaton) Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum (competitive, depending on experience) We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities/Site Manager to join our team in the Northamptonshire/Warwickshire Area. This role comes at a key time as we expand our operations across the region. As a Facilities/Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading day-to-day operations, supporting colleagues on-site, and ensuring we deliver excellent standards of service to our customers. You’ll play a vital role in shaping the success of the contract, with the opportunity to influence processes and help maintain and build strong working relationships. What you’ll be doing: Overseeing the delivery of TFM services on-site including but not restricted to, Cleaning, Security, Waste, Catering, Grounds Maintenance services, ensuring they meet customer expectations Leading, motivating, and developing a team of around 60 colleagues Managing compliance, health & safety, and operational standards for all services we provide Building strong customer relationships and handling any issues effectively Driving continuous improvement and identifying efficiencies in service delivery What we’re looking for: Proven management experience, ideally within Total Facilities Management environment or Distribution centre. Strong financial Control.
