Role Overview:
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, our General Managers are crucial to our success. Your role involves building a strong team and delivering exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruit, onboard, and induct new team members.
2. Inspire, develop, and lead your management and staff, fostering high retention.
3. Maximize revenue through sales analysis and forecasting.
4. Manage costs and site P&L effectively.
5. Support long-term business objectives alongside the Regional Operations Manager.
6. Drive high performance through regular one-on-one meetings.
7. Maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
8. Promote the brand’s values and ensure your team is knowledgeable and confident.
9. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
10. Aim for high guest satisfaction scores.
