Experience:
At least 2 years of experience working as a tutor or teacher in a primary school setting.
Knowledge and Skills:

* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of SEN students.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
* Training in specific interventions for SEN students.
Working Conditions:
* Part-Time hours with flexibility in scheduling.
* Work primarily in educational settings such as schools, community centres or learners' homes.
* Potential travel within the East of England region for outreach sessions.
