* Cultivate a positive office culture that aligns with our values and encourages personal development.
* Lead, inspire and develop a talented team across the whole office.
* Empower others to lead, take initiative and ownership.
* Promote and execute growth strategies while enhancing RBC presence in the local market.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and drive operational excellence.
* Monitor office performance, budgeting and profitability, making strategic decisions to ensure growth.
* Foster a strong risk culture and a proactive approach to regulatory and reputational considerations, acting with integrity.

Qualifications

Must‑have:

* Leading with integrity, humility, and consistent values‑based behaviour.
* Extensive leadership track record in wealth management teams undergoing significant change and a solid understanding of wealth management.
* Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build a strong team.
* A growth mindset with excellent communication, influencing and listening skills.
* A passion for driving business improvement and good culture in complex organisations.
* Experience leading diverse teams, managing through change and cultivating client trust and loyalty.
* Strong understanding of financial markets, risk management and regulatory requirements.
* Ability to drive results, build a strong team and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Nice‑to‑have:

Benefits

* Support for development through coaching and managing opportunities.
* Opportunities to work with the best in the field.
* Ability to make a difference and lasting impact.
* Work in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive and high‑performing team.
