White Raven Resourcing Ltd are proud to be supporting our client, a leading provider of mechanical breakdown and warranty solutions, in their search for an experienced Technical Incident Manager to join their established team based in Birchwood, Warrington .
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with strong technical and customer service skills to play a key role in managing claims and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.
As a Technical Incident Manager, you will take ownership of the management of claims files relating to mechanical breakdown contracts, ensuring they are handled efficiently, accurately, and in line with company procedures and policy terms.
Your main duties will include:
Checking, processing, and authorising warranty claims within agreed guidelines.
Providing the highest level of service to customers, dealer partners, and repairers.
Managing technical relationships with main dealers, workshops, and repairers.
Handling customer and repairer communications promptly and professionally.
Ensuring all claims activity is conducted in compliance with company procedures and customer expectations.
Requirements To succeed in this role, youll bring a mix of technical understanding, customer focus, and professional integrity.
Key skills and attributes:
General knowledge of motor vehicles (essential).
In-depth understanding of UK corporate product knowledge.
Competent PC skills and familiarity with general office software.
Strong listening and empathy skills, with the ability to handle complex conversations.
Demonstrates integrity, reliability, and accountability in all interactions.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Benefits Office-based role in Birchwood, Warrington.
Monday to Friday, 35-hour week .
Shift pattern: 09:0017:00 or 08:0016:00 (rotational basis).
Salary: £26,000 per annum.
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
