We are looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic Valuer for a fixed term period of 12 months to assist with the upcoming Council Tax revaluation of high value properties and non-domestic rating work.
Who we are
Central Scotland Valuation Joint Board covers the Clackmannanshire, Falkirk and Stirling Council areas and is responsible for compiling and maintaining the Valuation Roll for Non-Domestic Rates and the Valuation List for Council Tax. The Assessor is also the Electoral Registration Officer for the three Councils. The Board employs approximately 45 people and our office is at Glendevon House, Castle Business Park, Stirling, FK9 4TZ.
