The Senior Project Manager / Employers Agent will be delivering exceptional schemes that are predominantly located in London and surrounding areas and have contract values up to £150m. The Senior Project Manager / Employers Agent role: The Senior Project Manager / Employers Agent will be experienced at delivering pre and post contract duties across schemes such as PBSA, mixed use buildings, co living and build to rent properties.
