Duties as a KS2 Teacher:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to a range of abilities.
* Track and assess pupil progress, maintaining accurate records and reporting to parents and senior leaders.
* Create a stimulating and safe classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour and learning.
* Support pupils’ personal growth and wellbeing, fostering a sense of responsibility and resilience.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and parents to ensure every child reaches their potential.
* Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school-wide events.
Ideal KS2 Teacher:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
* Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
* Ability to motivate, inspire, and support children of all abilities.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills as a KS2 Teacher.
