What youll be doing: Communicate with Brokers using a variety of customer contact systems, e.g. phone, e-mail, MS teams. Provide Brokers with relevant product information that is clear, fair and not misleading allowing them help their client to make an informed decision Deliver against a set of Key Performance Indicators that will be provided to you by your line manager Provide a great customer experience that enables higher sales conversion and retention performance.
