Role Overview
This is a key link‑pin role within the business, connecting marketing with global B2B partners. This role’s primary purpose is to support key global B2B partners by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
The role requires a personable character who can efficiently build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their needs whilst keeping a close eye on the commercial performance of the business. The role consists of both supporting existing partners, and finding and onboarding new partners. It consists of both customer‑facing and back‑end support tasks, assisting in building stronger, more insightful relationships. As such, travel within the UK and internationally should be expected.
The role will sit within the commercial team reporting directly to the Commercial Director, but will work closely with other departments to ensure effective communication and optimal customer experience.
A breakdown of the primary tasks is as follows:
* Be trained on Business Central so that you can provide B2B Customer Service support, onboard new partners and drive sales.
* Support the Commercial Director and Sales Manager with the rollout of brand marketing initiatives to drive sales and ensure a uniformed representation of ZONE3 globally.
* Maintain and optimise the B2B Shopify storefront to drive incremental sales.
* Provide technical support to the Global Distributors ECOM Storefronts, and share best practices and marketing plans to help grow sales.
* Monitor performance and work with the Commercial Director to double distributor e‑commerce performance.
* Onboarding of new event partners, and planning and execution of events.
* Develop the ZONE3 lake roadshow by adding more Lake venues and more test sessions.
Skills & Experience
* Approachable, confident character with close attention to detail.
* Event experience – sales and experiential.
* Shopify experience – basic understanding of website functions DTC, and B2B.
* Understanding of the swim/tri market.
