Our client a Large International Freight Forwarder and is now seeking and experienced Export Road Freight Operator to work within their European groupage department within a large team.
Role:
Handling European Export groupage services.
Arranging movement of freight from origin to final destination, both international and national.
Liaising with customers, overseas partners and suppliers
manually calculating costs and charges
Dealing with Customs paperwork
Monday to Friday - 9am-5pm.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary - depending on experience.
Requirements
Skills required:
Must have a good understanding of European road freight, at least 2 years’ experience.
Understanding of taxable kilos.
Good customer service skills.
Experience with Customs paperwork.
Ability to work in a team but also be self-sufficient.
