Salary: £39,000 - £46,000 Per Annum (Dependent Upon Experience)

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Principal Social Worker, you will:
* Support and deputize for the Registered Manager as needed.
* Supervise team members, ensuring effective functioning.
* Empower and promote foster parents to reach their full potential.
* Monitor compliance and promote best practices among foster parents and staff.
* Collaborate with children, young people, foster parents, and professionals to prioritize safeguarding and achieve positive outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a qualified and experienced social worker who is passionate about making a difference. You should have:
* A Social Care England recognized qualification in Social Work or equivalent.
* Experience working with children and young people, particularly those who are Looked After.
* A comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation supporting Fostering and Children Looked After.
* A full driving license with unrestricted access to your own car.
