Chartered Building Surveyor (Commercial)
Location: Leeds
Experience: 0–3 years PQE (MRICS)
We are working with a highly regarded boutique property consultancy with a strong regional presence and a reputation for delivering high-quality advice across the commercial property sector. The firm combines the feel of a close-knit, entrepreneurial practice with the depth, systems and client base of a well-established multi-office business.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join the Leeds office and work across a varied commercial portfolio, delivering a balanced mix of professional and project services.
The opportunity:
* Delivery of professional building surveying services across commercial property
* Project work including refurbishments, fit-outs and capital works
* Building surveys, condition surveys and technical due diligence
* Dilapidations acting for landlords and tenants
* Planned preventative maintenance and lifecycle reporting
* Direct client contact and responsibility for managing instructions
* Working across office, industrial and retail assets
* Collaboration with colleagues across well-appointed regional offices
About you
* MRICS qualified Building Surveyor
* 0–3 years post-qualification experience
* Experience in commercial property (offices, industrial and/or retail)
* Comfortable undertaking both professional and project work
* Client-facing, proactive and technically sound
* Keen to develop your career within a boutique consultancy environment
