Set, edit and operate 3, 4 & 5-axis CNC machinesWork with Heidenheim and Fanuc controlsProve out new programs, tooling, and fixturesMake offsets and machining adjustments to optimise performanceInterpret engineering drawings and technical specificationsCarry out inspection using gauges and review CMM dataSupport process development and tooling improvementsWork closely with engineering to refine machining methodsApply problem-solving techniques to improve output and qualityWhat Were Looking For Strong background in multi-axis CNC machining (3/4/5 axis)Experience with Fanuc and/or Heidenheim controlsConfident in program editing, setup, and prove-outAble to work from detailed engineering drawingsExperience with inspection and quality control processesA proactive, solutions-driven mindsetUnderstanding of lean manufacturing / 6S principlesNice to Have Milling experienceExposure to R&D, prototype or low-volume manufacturingExperience creating process documentation or work instructionsContinuous improvement / process optimisation experienceWhats on Offer Competitive salary + sign-on bonus availableRelocation financial support if you're moving to the area4-day working week every Friday offFlexible working approachThe chance to work on high-impact, cutting-edge engineering projectsClear career progression within a globally recognised organisationInterested?
