We're looking for an organised and proactive Operations Administrator to support the smooth running of our busy warehouse and ensure our customers receive their orders on time. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a friendly, supportive team where your work will make a real difference every day.
What you'll be doing:
* Creating and printing picking lists and customer orders
* Reviewing back orders and reallocating stock where needed
* Handling customer service queries with professionalism
* Carrying out general office administration tasks to support the team
What we're looking for:
* Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
* Confident user of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
* A great communicator and team player
* Positive, can-do attitude with strong attention to detail
